FAQs

  • I would like a custom card/bunting design, how do I order?"
    On each product page, there is an option for a customised design - add in the notes what you are after and I will be in touch to finalise.
  • How long until I recieve my order?
    I aim to dispatch cards within 2-3 working days and all other products within 7 days of the order being placed. I will send you an email as soon as your items are in the post!
  • Are gift cards available?
    Yes! Giftcards are available in my shop - use the search bar at the top!
  • What is your shipping policy?
    All products are shipped Royal Mail First Class, with the exception of keepsake items that are tracked and signed for. If you wish to upgrade your postage to a tracked service, please get in touch before placing your order. Greetings cards all have FREE UK postage Full Shipping rates are on the Shipping and Returns Page.
