All my products are sent Royal Mail First Class, with exception of keepsake items, which are tracked and signed for. If you would like to upgrade your postage please contact me prior to ordering.

Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, items that are personalised or commissioned are non-returnable unless faulty. In which case I will happily provide a replacement.
